Your Role
- Drive innovation by developing new product features.
- Create algorithms and automation solutions for recruiting applications.
- Strengthen and scale backend engines for search, analytics, reporting, and caching.
- Enhance performance and user experience across backend and frontend systems.
- Optimize design and code for scalability and performance.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and the tech team.
- Quickly address customer service issues.
- Manage deployments and work hands-on with AWS.
- Be available for live issues to help maintain application uptime.
About You
- Skilled in Node.js and React.js.
- Familiar with several modern stack technologies such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, etc.
- Actively solving Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problems using C/C++.
