Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Technical Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications at TalentOla, India. The ideal candidate should have expertise in backend services along with a strong understanding of UI.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop high-quality, reliable, and scalable backend services
- Ensure seamless integration of backend services with UI components
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong understanding of UI and its integration with backend services
- Expertise in Java, Spring, and Hibernate
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
