Job Summary:
Isourse seeks a Business Analyst Trainee to support requirement analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. The role involves gathering and documenting business needs, creating wireframes using Figma, and assisting in UAT. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication are essential. Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and business process modelling is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:
· The candidate must hold a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution. An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college is preferred.
