Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at AllSTEM Connections. This is a 12-month contract position, working remotely with a pay range of $40-$42 per hour. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for recruitment and hiring processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee data and records
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs

Requirements

• Previous experience in human resources, preferably in a remote or part-time capacity
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
