HR Operations Generalist at Hired, Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Generalist to join our team at Hired. As an HR Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. This is a remote job, and you can work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Help with employee onboarding, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating benefits enrollment
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee communications, including creating and sending company-wide announcements
• Help with special projects, including employee engagement initiatives and compliance audits

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an HR operations role, preferably in a virtual environment
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, including virtual assistant tools
