Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the investment products strategy, aligning with Mercury’s overall mission and goals
- Lead the development of new investment products, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the Treasury product team to expand offerings and improve existing products
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform product decisions
- Manage and mentor a team of investment product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
