What You Will Do
- Use technology to simplify processes and connect different systems within the organization. This includes implementing software and tools to automate tasks, boost efficiency, and ensure smooth system integration.
- Coordinate software releases, manage release schedules, perform quality assurance testing, and put in place processes to minimize errors and deliver high-quality software to users.
- Understand client requirements and customize technology solutions to meet their specific needs, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of software applications through coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with team members to meet user and industry standards.
What You Will Need
- Degree in a computer-related field (B.Tech in Computer Science, B.Sc CS, BCA, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages
- Understanding of database concepts with hands-on SQL experience
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices
- Understanding of OOP concepts
- Eagerness to learn new skills and keep up with technology trends
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, commitment, and a proactive mindset
Must have training, certification, or internship experience in:
- Full-stack development (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js; GoLang, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java Spring; MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, serverless computing, container orchestration, cloud databases)
- DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Microservices architecture
- Security basics (OWASP)
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and experience integrating them into applications
Nice to Have
- Certifications in modern technologies
