Job Description: Web Application Development Engineer

We are seeking a talented Web Application Development Engineer to join our team focused on building and maintaining ReactJS-based web applications. This role involves contributing to front-end development, collaborating with backend engineers for seamless integration, and enhancing user experiences through efficient and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Implement responsive design principles for optimal performance across devices.
• Develop reusable React components and libraries to streamline development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert design mockups into functional components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve front-end issues or bugs.
• Optimize web application performance using code optimization techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and tools.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure smooth application operation.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel for business purposes.

• Intermediate proficiency in:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Computer Science / Computer Applications
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics and Communication
  • Electrical and Electronics
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Maximum total work experience: 1 year.

• Training Period:
  • Salary:
    • INR 30,000/month for Master’s degree holders.
    • INR 25,000/month for Bachelor’s degree holders.
• Post-Training Employment:
  • Annual salary: INR 4,50,000 – 6,50,000 (based on performance review).
