You will be responsible for everything from creating dynamic event banners and marketing collateral to designing, managing, and maintaining the official ISIEINDIA website. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
This is a dual role requiring expertise in both creative design and technical web management. Your duties will include:
- Conceptualizing and creating the full range of visual assets for the organization, including marketing materials for engineering events (banners, brochures), social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Taking full ownership of the company’s WordPress website: designing, managing, maintaining, and continuously updating content related to events, programs, and news.
- Developing new, responsive website layouts, landing pages, and visual elements using WordPress and modern page builders (like Elementor).
- Ensuring strict brand consistency is maintained across all marketing materials and digital platforms, both online and offline.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and engineering teams to translate complex requirements for new programs into compelling visual designs and functional web pages.
- Optimizing all web graphics for speed, responsiveness, and basic SEO best practices.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We are looking for a candidate who can confidently bridge the gap between creative design and website administration.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in both graphic design and web management.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio is mandatory. Your portfolio must demonstrate skills in branding, graphic design, AND web layout/WordPress projects.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
- WordPress Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing, updating, and designing websites using the WordPress platform.
- Page Builders: Significant experience with popular WordPress page builders (like Elementor or WPBakery) is highly preferred.
- Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and modern visual layout principles.
- Bonus Skills: A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a significant plus.
