This is a critical role within GenpactNext, a transformative initiative focused on creating autonomous, domain-specific AI solutions. You will function as a senior developer within the Healthcare business, responsible for designing and developing the complex solutions that bridge the gap between enterprise-level applications and advanced AI/ML services.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Consultant Full Stack Developer, you will operate within an Agile methodology to:
- Collaborate closely with design teams, solution architects, and technology leaders to translate complex business use cases into effective technical solutions.
- Take responsibility for utilizing the correct technology stack across new and existing client products.
- Design, build, and integrate software components, ensuring robust integration testing and adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and maintain key features using Java (Spring Boot) and integrate Python-based AI/ML services.
- Participate actively in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Design and maintain high coding standards to ensure a superior user experience (UX).
Core Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum Qualification: A BE/B.Tech or MCA degree.
- Core Skill: Proven hands-on experience in Java development.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical Expertise (The Ideal Candidate)
We are looking for candidates who possess a deep technical skill set in modern full-stack development:
- Back-End: Strong, hands-on proficiency in Java & J2EE, with extensive experience using Spring Boot and building Microservices.
- Front-End: Proven experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience with Java Swing is a plus.
- Architecture: Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful web services.
- Database: Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD/OOP) concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
- DevOps: Working experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud: Experience deploying Spring Boot and Microservices applications on cloud platforms (such as AWS).
