FP&A Manager, GTM Finance – Credit Products at Marqeta, USA

Overview

Marqeta is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager, GTM Finance – Credit Products to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will focus on Marqeta’s credit business by partnering with Sales, Legal, Product, Credit Risk, and Capital Markets to model pricing, evaluate profitability, and structure deals that win business while protecting unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Credit Risk, and Capital Markets to model pricing, evaluate profitability, and structure deals that win business while protecting unit economics
• Focus on Marqeta’s credit business, with flexibility to work on debit and prepaid as needed
• Build financial models that help secure new bank partnerships and capital providers
• Craft projections, scenario analyses, and economic narratives that go in front of stakeholders
• Understand life-of-loan economics, vintage performance, capital efficiency, and revenue share splits across multiple parties
• Partner with Marqeta’s credit function to build financial models that drive business growth

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing, and profitability analysis
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Product, and Credit Risk
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
