Overview
Launchdarkly is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their Strategic Finance team in India. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and operational insight. You will work closely with Accounting and other cross-functional teams to support month-end close, deliver monthly reporting, and build out financial models and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support Strategic Finance in month-end close and deliver monthly reporting
- Build and maintain financial models and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with Accounting and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Adaptive
