Overview
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager for our Experimentation team. In this role, you’ll lead the team that builds and operates the core Experimentation product, from setup to results processing and display.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Experimentation team to build and operate the core Experimentation product
- Develop and execute the technical strategy for the Experimentation team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions with real statistical confidence
- Build and manage a best-in-class experimentation product that lets customers set up, manage, and analyze experiments with ease
- Earn the trust of even the most rigorous data teams with a robust and reliable product
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in large-scale systems, data science, and user experience
Requirements
- Experience in leading engineering teams and building complex software systems
- Strong technical skills in programming languages, data structures, and software design patterns
- Experience with large-scale systems, data science, and user experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
