Overview
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager for our Experimentation team. In this role, you’ll lead the team that builds and operates the core Experimentation product, from setup to results processing and display.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team that builds and operates the core Experimentation product
- Build and operate the core Experimentation product, from setup to results processing and display
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements
- Develop and execute the technical roadmap for the Experimentation team
- Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow in their careers
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with other LaunchDarkly products
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years of experience in engineering management
- Strong technical background, with experience in building and operating large-scale systems
- Experience with data science and user experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment
