Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint systems infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Develop and enforce system security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the endpoint systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including hardware and software problems
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical guides and user manuals

Requirements
- Strong experience in system engineering, preferably in an endpoint system environment
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Experience with system security technologies, including firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
