Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the India-based Sales Operations teams in Pune, India
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain sales operations processes and systems
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales operations team members

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales operations teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with sales operations tools and technologies
