Overview
As Director of Product Management for our Next Gen Platform, you will lead & execute the product vision for our next generation issuance & processing platform focusing on platform modernization, service abstraction, scalability, and more, while supporting the growth of our new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to cut across core components of our platform including issuing, fulfillment, processing, ledger, tokenization, and customer onboarding & enablement
- Bridge strategy, delivery, and operational excellence to ensure continuous delivery of customer value and exceptional platform performance
- Focus on platform modernization, service abstraction, and scalability to support customer growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch
- Develop and execute product roadmaps and requirements
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
Requirements
- Experience in product management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong technical background and understanding of platform architecture
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
