Overview
As Director of Product Management for our Next Gen Platform, you will lead & execute the product vision for our next generation issuance & processing platform focusing on platform modernization, service abstraction, scalability, and more, while supporting the growth of our new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to cut across core components of our platform including issuing, fulfillment, processing, ledger, tokenization, and customer onboarding & enablement
- Bridge strategy, delivery, and operational excellence to ensure we continuously deliver customer value and exceptional platform performance
- Focus on platform modernization, service abstraction, and scalability
- Support the growth of our new and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product vision
- Ensure exceptional platform performance and customer value delivery
Requirements
- Experience in product management, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of platform modernization, service abstraction, and scalability
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering product vision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely in the United States
