Overview
As Director, People Operations, you will lead a global team delivering scalable, high-impact services across the employee journey. Reporting to the VP, People Operations, Rewards, and Technology (PORT), you will own onboarding, contingent workforce, service delivery, global mobility and immigration, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team delivering scalable, high-impact services across the employee journey
- Own onboarding, contingent workforce, service delivery, global mobility and immigration, and HR compliance
- Drive business outcomes through operational excellence and strategic planning
- Collaborate with the PORT Leadership Team to drive business outcomes
- Develop and implement processes to improve employee experience and engagement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations or related field
- Proven track record of leading global teams and delivering scalable services
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
