Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking a skilled Developer Advocate to join their Growth team. As a Developer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in turning signups into successful teams by providing personalized outreach and building AI-assisted workflows. This is a remote opportunity based in the US, offering a competitive salary range of $25-40 LPA (est.).
Responsibilities
- Activate high-intent signups by following up on trial and developer-tier users to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement personalized outreach strategies to engage with users and encourage adoption.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify and route high-intent leads, and develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows to extend support to all users, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Conduct regular check-ins with users to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the outreach strategy based on user feedback, metrics, and emerging trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Developer Advocate, Technical Support, or Customer Success.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with users and stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows, automation, and data analysis is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
