Role Overview:
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for managing specific sub-work streams within larger projects. Reporting to a team lead or manager, you’ll be tasked with delivering end-to-end solutions for your assigned work streams. Your role involves working on maintenance, innovation, and knowledge sharing within engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve existing programs.
- Provide innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities with the team.
- Analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in JavaScript & Advanced JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing responsive web applications.
- Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, Selectors, Media Queries, Web Sockets, and Web Storage.
- Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of JavaScript module loaders like Require.js and AMD.
- Experience with low/high-fidelity design and UI development, including writing unit-testable code.
- Solid understanding of responsive web frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Experience with Micro-Frontend architectures and web application performance optimization.
- Proficiency in using distributed code repositories like Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or TFS.
- Strong grasp of JavaScript concepts such as Promises, Prototyping, and object/array manipulation.
Qualifications:
- Consultant: 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS.
