Overview
We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our Product Growth Team at Sofatutor, one of Europe’s leading EdTech platforms with over 1 million users. As a CRO Specialist, you will design and run A/B tests that directly impact subscription growth, collaborating closely with designers, developers, data analysts, and senior leadership to uncover high-potential growth opportunities and turn insights into real results.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement growth experiments across the funnel to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Design and run smart, strategic A/B tests to drive subscription growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover high-potential growth opportunities
- Analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with designers, developers, and data analysts to implement and optimize experiments
- Communicate results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and human-centered design
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
