Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive growth and customer engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric products and experiences
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new features and products
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, growth hacking, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and customer engagement through data-driven strategies
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
