Overview

As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting products on the way.
Responsibilities
- Lead the validation of credit models to ensure they are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate credit risk
- Develop and maintain credit models to support business growth and strategy
- Provide expert advice on credit risk management and model development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure Monzo remains competitive
- Present complex credit risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in credit risk management and model development
- Strong understanding of credit risk modeling and validation principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
