- Analyze and resolve credit and collection issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Review and verify customer credit information and payment history
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to resolve outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Twilio’s products and services
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in credit and collections or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
