Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Greece/Malta
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to drive sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
- Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the DevSecOps market and trends, with the ability to articulate GitLab’s value proposition and competitive advantage
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive sales performance
- Fluency in English, with Greek or Maltese language skills a plus
