Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management:
- Design and implement secure, efficient, and compliant data collection systems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying errors and performing data cleaning.
- Develop records management and reporting processes and policies.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and optimize data collection processes.
- Automate data workflows and build efficient data pipelines.
- Evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish and monitor KPIs and other metrics to measure business performance.
- Monitor and audit data quality, ensuring adherence to data quality standards.
- Data Analysis & Visualisation:
- Design and conduct surveys, and analyze survey data.
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to the employer’s or client’s business.
- Produce visualizations and reports using tools like SPSS, Power BI, and SQL, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Research & Insights:
- Conduct sector and competitor analysis to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
