Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Design, develop, and implement business systems and processes to drive efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations to ensure alignment and effective solutions
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation of business systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with business systems and process design, development, and implementation
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify areas for improvement
