Responsibilities
- Support ongoing strategic initiatives, systems enhancements, and process improvements within the Global Technical Services organization (GTS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Design, develop, and implement business systems and processes to support the growth of the organization
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Experience in business systems analysis, preferably in a technical services organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Experience with business systems and software applications, such as CRM, ERP, or other related tools
