The MiNdLiNkS 90-Day Workbench Program:

This is a specialized hiring program designed to bridge your existing expertise with the dynamic world of IT. After a preliminary screening, selected candidates will join our team to gain hands-on experience in a live project environment.

During this period, you will be mentored by seasoned professionals and will be actively involved in:

System Study & Analysis
Requirement Elicitation and Documentation
Aligning User Stories and Designing Use Cases
Collaborating with Development and Testing Teams
Engaging with Project Stakeholders
Participating in System Testing and Tracking Deliverables
Contributing to Status Calls, Client Interactions, and Agile/Scrum meetings.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 8 years of professional experience in any of the domains listed above.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required (no percentage constraints).
Skills:
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Advantage: Foundational knowledge of SQL will place your application at the forefront.
Eligibility: This opportunity is currently open to residents of India.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive, experience-based compensation structure:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience: Up to ₹10 LPA
4 to 5 years of relevant experience: Up to ₹15 LPA
6 to 8 years of relevant experience: Up to ₹25 LPA
9 to 12 years of relevant experience: Up to ₹35 LPA
