Overview
We’re looking for a Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team at Fivetran! Our mission is to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity, and we’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to build strong opportunities in key target accounts in Japan
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in target accounts
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required
