Responsibilities
- Lead analytics teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics projects
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in business analytics or a related field
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
