Job Summary
As an Experience Engineer, you will use code to craft engaging visual experiences across web, mobile, and other user interfaces. You’ll play a key role in understanding business challenges, designing solutions, and delivering measurable results through software development. You will work within cross-functional Agile teams, using modern technologies to bring innovative ideas to life.

Essential Job Functions
- Utilize the software development lifecycle to design, develop, test, and deploy technology solutions that enhance applications.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into technical designs and code.
- Develop components, configurations, and interfaces while producing clear design specifications (e.g., screen layouts, UI/UX).
- Create and execute unit tests to proactively identify and resolve errors during development.
- Perform peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and continuously improve applications with a focus on quality and user experience.
- Provide on-call technical support and remediate production issues as needed.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency, build relationships, and share knowledge.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least two programming languages, with a focus on front-end development and API integrations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Familiarity with React Native, Flutter, Swift, and API development/consumption.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (or AWS equivalents): App Services, Functions, and Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile development processes, DevOps tools, and CI/CD practices.
- Business acumen, strong problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Basic understanding of at least one in-demand programming language and proficiency in one solution layer (e.g., front-end or services).
