Position: Software Engineer (Eng I)
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Role Overview:
As a Software Engineer at Baxter, you will be responsible for developing and programming features while applying Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies like Lean, Agile, and Continuous Integration (CI). You will engage in identifying and escalating product and process gaps, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality code. Additionally, you will leverage core data structures and algorithms while independently delivering small tasks with minimal supervision.
