About the Role:
As an HR Product Developer at Barclays, you’ll design customized data and MI solutions that empower our clients to leverage HR metrics to shape the future. Using cutting-edge technology, you’ll enhance our products and streamline processes, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform complex HR data into actionable insights across various HR systems.
- Apply automation techniques for efficient data extraction, transformation, and output (ETL).
- Quickly interpret problem statements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide insights across diverse HR functions, enhancing data accuracy and utility.

Role Purpose:
To convert raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Barclays.
Core Accountabilities:
- Deliver Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics.
- Execute data extraction, cleansing, and maintenance from various internal and external sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports to showcase key business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide customized data analysis solutions, addressing specific business questions.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions aligned with bank objectives and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation across Technology reporting and metrics.
