Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Ruby
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
- Work with AI and machine learning models to improve agent observability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for backend engineering
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering with Ruby
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Experience with AI and machine learning models
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
