Requirements
- Working on a deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, a bag of words, sentiment analysis, etc)
- Working on statistics and classification algorithms
- Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modeling
- Working on open research problems and innovation that might result in publications
- Working with state of the art ML and DL models on challenging data science problems
Responsibilities
- Programming experience in Python/Java/R or C++. Proven Javascript skills will be added advantage.Exposure to SQL, NoSQL or MS-Excel with Data Analytics
- Very good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Past project experience is mandatory.
- Problem solving skills – Being able to break problems into smaller bits and being able to estimate resources (time, money, efforts, etc.) for completion
- Ownership mindset – You shouldn’t require monitoring and you should be able to leverage the freedom given to you to create high value to the company and yourself as a professional
Hiring Process
- We’ll review the applications and create a shortlist of candidates [3-4 days]
- The shortlisted candidates will have to solve a test problem. [1-2 days task]
- We’ll share a pdf of questions along with shortlisted candidates Upon receiving the solutions from the students, we’ll create a final shortlist and arrange interviews [6-7 days]
- Post interviews, we’ll release the results [2-3 days]
