Overview
Saviynt is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As an Associate Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our products, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of products, ensuring they meet customer needs and are aligned with the company’s vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales to drive product innovation and growth
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, architectures, and strategies for products
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight
- Work closely with the product management team to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to company standards
Requirements
- Experience:
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
