Overview
PhonePe Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Technology, Risk & Compliance to join their team in Bangalore. As a leader in digital payments, PhonePe has over 60 Crore registered users and a network of over 4 Crore merchants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions
- Provide guidance and training to employees on risk and compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure PhonePe remains compliant
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology, risk, and compliance
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
