Overview
PhonePe Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Compliance to join its team in Bangalore. As a leading digital payments company, PhonePe has over 60 Crore (600 Million) registered users and a digital payments acceptance network spread across over 4 Crore (40+ million) merchants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
