Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of billing operations and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize billing process improvements
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure billing operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and resolve complex billing issues and disputes
- Develop and implement process documentation and training programs for billing operations
- Analyze and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and increase revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in billing operations or a related field
- Proven track record of leading process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with billing systems and software
