Overview
Meesho is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions across our sortation centers in Bangalore. As a key member of the ValMo team, you will play a critical role in building India’s most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions for sortation centers
- Design and optimize facility layouts to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for automation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sortation center operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building large-scale automated solutions for sorting operations
- Strong background in engineering design, automation technologies, and project management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in a logistics or supply chain environment
