Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement application solutions using Twilio products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for application solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in communications
- Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with global teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs, particularly Twilio products
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams
