Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the financial services sector
• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services industry
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to sales team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including trends, challenges, and key players
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
