Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SDET or in a similar role, preferably in a product company.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Solid understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and agile development practices.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases and non relational databases
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and test scripts to ensure efficient and effective test execution.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Implement and execute automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of our software products.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.
