Overview
Anthropic is seeking talented individuals to join our Fellows Program in ML Systems & Performance. As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems and contribute to the development of reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of ML systems and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI systems
- Participate in research and development of new AI technologies
- Work on ensuring the safety and reliability of AI systems
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in the development of Anthropic’s AI technology stack
Requirements
- Experience in machine learning, computer science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Experience with ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software engineering principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
