Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Commercial teams, to drive business growth responsibly
- Optimize approval, conversion, losses, and profitability to inform business strategy
- Tackle diverse challenges across the customer and merchant lifecycle, including checkout conversion and fraud risk mitigation
- Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and monitor results
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages, with experience in data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, with understanding of consumer finance and credit industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, economics, or computer science
