About the Role:

- The position involves guiding students through an intensive curriculum covering Python programming, web development, data analysis, and real-world projects, enabling them to build strong foundations and career-ready skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive sessions on Python development, including core concepts, data structures, algorithms, and web frameworks like Flask or Django.
- Mentor students through hands-on projects, such as Python applications, APIs, web scraping, and database integration.
- Conduct expert mentorship sessions, sharing industry insights, workflows, and best practices for developing scalable Python applications.
- Assist students in debugging and optimizing Python code to meet industry standards.
- Provide career guidance, assist with portfolio building, conduct mock interviews, and offer tips for entering the Python developer job market.
- Motivate and inspire students to tackle real-world problems using Python.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Proficient in Python programming and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience in web development, API development, data analysis, and automation.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), debugging tools, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for teaching and mentoring.
