Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Paytm and its products to effectively communicate value to clients
• Own end-to-end key business metrics like revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
• Be the voice of Paytm, representing the company in front of clients and stakeholders
• Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
• Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser
• Lead initiatives which require significant cross-team collaboration to build innovative solutions and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ad sales, account management, or a related field (experience in digital payments or fintech preferred)
• Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and delivering results-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
