Overview
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, Existing Business, you’ll be managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities to expand Stripe’s footprint
- Execute on long-term sales strategies and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ businesses and industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial technology or payments industry
- Proven track record of success in managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
